Prior to joining Wellspring, Jocelyn led the operations team at Fairport Wealth, where she played a key role in optimizing back-office functions and supporting firm-wide growth. Her leadership style combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, ensuring accuracy and agility in operational delivery. In addition, Jocelyn held roles at Stratos Wealth Partners and PNC Investments, supporting large networks of advisors and managing advisory administration for multi-billion-dollar RIAs. Her deep understanding of investment operations, compliance, and technology-driven solutions has consistently led to improved efficiency and client satisfaction.

Jocelyn holds a degree in Psychology from Cleveland State University, which informs her thoughtful, people-centered approach to team development and cross-functional collaboration.
