Germaine is a Senior Wealth Advisor at Wellspring, joining the firm in 2025. With over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, Germaine brings a wealth of expertise in comprehensive wealth management, investment strategies, and client relationships. In her role, she works closely with clients to provide personalized financial solutions, focusing on retirement planning, estate management, tax optimization, and investment strategies.

Germaine joins Wellspring after working for RIK Enterprises, a local single-family office, for nearly a decade, most recently serving as Chief Financial Officer for over three years. Prior to RIK, she served as Managing Director at Paragon Advisors (which was acquired by Corient Private Wealth in 2024).

She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Cincinnati and a Master of Taxation from The University of Akron.
